Currently, we are seeking an entry-level full-time Accounting Clerk that is responsible for performing daily accounting duties in the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and great attention to detail.
This position is in our Moorestown, New Jersey office and requires working in the office Monday - Friday.
What you'll do:
Support Accounts Payable by printing, stamping, and validating vendor invoices and input into QuickBooks or Sage Intacct.
Assist with weekly check run preparation.
Assist with various administrative tasks (i.
e.
, filing, copying) to support department operations as directed; may also be assigned special projects.
Any additional tasks or duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
Associate degree with a concentration in accounting preferred 2-4 years of accounting experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Self-starter and self-motivated Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, is required Knowledge of QuickBooks or Sage Intacct is a plus.
